Delete Account

To request deletion of your Khoja Obi Garm account and related personal data, please email us at info@khojaobigarm.tj.

Please include the phone number registered in the app so we can identify your account.

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data related to your account, including:

• account and profile information;
• registered phone number;
• profile photo, if one was uploaded;
• booking history and related contact details;
• support requests connected to the account, where deletion is legally possible.

Some information may be retained if required for legal, accounting, security, anti-fraud, dispute-resolution, or service operation reasons. If retained, it will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving and verifying the request. We may contact you if additional information is needed to confirm account ownership.

В письме укажите номер телефона, который использовался в приложении.

После подтверждения запроса мы удалим или обезличим данные аккаунта, профиль, номер телефона, фото профиля, историю бронирований и связанные контактные данные, кроме информации, которую необходимо сохранить по юридическим, бухгалтерским, безопасностным или антифрод-причинам.
